Landscape Management

 

Office Manager

As the main point of contact in the Division, the Office Manager is responsible for coordinating communication between customers and Divisional and Corporate personnel along with being the leader of the Divisional administrative staff.  The Office Manager role at Park West is as challenging and exciting as it is rewarding.  The communication skills and levels of interaction assumed in this role, lead to opportunities for advancement throughout the organization.

 

Supervisor

The supervisors at Park West are responsible for every facet of landscape maintenance.  From overall job quality to client relations, the Supervisor must be able to balance both, along with training and mentoring his/her crew members.  As the frontline faces of Park West, the Supervisor role opens the door for new business development and long lasting relationships that provide the foundations for growth.  All Park West’s Divisional leadership roles are filled by former members of the Supervisor team.

 

Enhancement Manager

It is our goal at Park West to develop long term plans that address our customer’s landscape needs.  The Enhancement Manager works in tandem with the Supervisors to make sure that all customer needs and wants are addressed and most importantly, implemented to Park West’s quality standards.  From the design process and sales presentation to the installation, the Enhancement Manager will manage all aspects of enhancements.  We at Park West believe in a proactive approach to maintaining our customer’s landscape- the Enhancement Manager is the driver of this approach.  This role is integral to Park West’s long term success and is also a training ground for future Division Presidents.

 

Business Developer

As the primary driver of new revenues and relationships for Park West, the Business Developer possesses a limitless desire to achieve.  This dynamic role revolves around the interaction with customers at all levels within the industry.  The companies goals can and will only be reached with a business development team that seeks to cultivate new opportunities and has a limitless desire for success.  These individuals are the future leaders of Park West, not just in the organization itself but in the adherence to its core values and growth aspirations.

 

Division President

Running a division at Park West is one of the most important and exciting opportunities in the landscape industry.  The Division President is the leader of a highly dynamic team and is responsible for all aspects of the landscape business that fall within the Division’s boundaries.  Driving the highest levels of quality, assisting in the budgeting and sale of new jobs and creating a safe work environment are all key components of this complex role.  The profitability and overall performance of the Divisions are determined by the keen business decisions made by the Division President.  There is no doubt that the Division Presidents at Park West are leading the company into the future.

 

Purchasing Manager

All aspects of landscape maintenance revolve around the procurement of product; the Purchasing Manager is responsible for acquiring these products as well as developing and maintaining relationships with Park West’s vendor community.  As the communication link between the field staff and vendors, the Purchasing Manager must facilitate critical information about product location, delivery delays and any other procurement issue that could impact a customer’s experience with Park West.  In an ever changing market, this role is critical to the profitability of the Divisions and to Park West as a company.
